Aneesa's Role

Aneesa assisted the principal investigator and project manager in translating project documents from English to Urdu. She also participated in the back-translation steps of the research questionnaires. Moreover, leveraging her extensive experience in educational management, she offered plenty of constructive suggestions for the implementation of the project.

Introduction of Aneesa Khalil

Aneesa is currently a Master’s candidate. Her educational journey began with the matriculation in the Science group from 2013 to 2015. Following that, she completed her intermediate studies at F.G Postgraduate College for Women, Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi, from 2015 to 2017. She pursued her first Bachelor’s degree at the same college, from 2017 to 2019. Later, she earned another Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Islamabad, from 2021 to 2023.

Currently she is serving as the Head of the Primary Campus at The Global School in Rawalpindi from August 2022. In this role, she led a team of educators to enhance the academic performance of primary students. She also implemented innovative teaching methods as she has 6 years of experience in teaching field as well and conducted training sessions for new teachers. Additionally, she collaborated with parents and stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment. Prior to this, she completed a six-month internship in the HRM department at Military Hospital, where she assisted in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and training programs, gaining valuable insights into HR policies and practices within a military healthcare setting.

Moving forward, she aspire to continue advancing in educational leadership, focusing on innovative and inclusive education strategies. she aims to pursue further studies and professional development opportunities to enhance her skills and knowledge. Ultimately, she envisions herself in a role where she can influence educational policies. Additionally, she is interested in exploring opportunities that combine her background in HR and education, particularly in areas related to teacher training and development.
