Mayyam's Role
Mayyam serves as a coach and test coordinator for the “11 for Health in Pakistan” project. Her responsibilities include assisting the principal investigator and project manager in executing the test schedule, assigning testing tasks to the coach team, and documenting the test data. Mayyam takes great pride in being part of this pioneering project in health and physical education within Pakistan. She is dedicated to exploring practical strategies to promote this initiative across more regions.

In this project, our primary focus is on enhancing the physical fitness of children, thereby improving their lifestyle and boosting their energy levels. Thus far, the project’s objectives, curriculum design, and collaborative teamwork have provided me with invaluable learning experiences.”
Introduction of Mayyam Mukhtar Kiani
Mayyam is presently an active player in the Australian Football League Pakistan, preparing to compete at an international level in the 2024 World Cup. Beyond her commitment to football, she also enjoys cycling, volleyball, and badminton during her leisure time.
Her journey in football began in 2021 at Viqar Un Nisa Post Graduate College for Women. It was here that she played her first Soccer Futsal match at Shahbaz Sharif Park, earning the title of best defender. From 2022 onwards, she participated in intermediate football matches at her college and in local association events. Mayyam also embarked on a coaching career, mentoring junior football players at her college. In 2023, she was chosen to represent her college in the national intercollegiate football match in Lahore. During this match, she played the role as a coach, senior player, and captain, leading her team to win the third position.
In terms of her academic background, Mayyam completed her Matriculation in 2021 and Intermediate in 2023. She recently earned a degree in video editing and graphic design from the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), where she also acquired skills in AI data annotation and social media marketing. Currently, Mayyam is freelancing in graphic design and social media marketing, while simultaneously studying in a BSc program in Statistics.
