During his recent visit to the 11 for Health in Pakistan project, the Federal Secretary of Education, Sir Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani requested a plan and budget for implementing this football fitness and health education program in all FDE schools in Islamabad. In response, Principal Investigator Farman Ullah Khan presented a comprehensive promotion plan on 21st August to Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Ma’am Ammara Nasim.
The eight-chapter promotional plan provides a detailed, step-by-step strategy to expand the 11 for Health project. This plan is informed by our practical experiences and the challenges faced over the past few months. Additionally, it highlights opportunities to engage stakeholders from various sectors beyond education to collaborate and enhance the project’s implementation.
We are optimistic that with the support of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, we will soon be able to implement our project in more FDE schools. This will enable more children to benefit from the 11 for Health in Pakistan project to build a strong body and a healthy mind.
